Kevin..
$85 canadian or USD..??
in any event, even in USD its not all that bad..
allow 2 hours max..
i think swapping the drive will take about 30 minutes and the memory another
4 minutes, allowing for at least one dropped screw..
(memory is easy, HDD's are under the keyboard)

the rest of the time is for staring at the wall and chatting up a girl at
the counter..

you need to have both HDD's in the 380 to be able to use ghost..
ghost works quite well, if a bit tedious IRT the serial number..
but the 380 does not have an ultrabay for the other HDD, then you will need
to reconsider your use of ghost or any other disk cloning utility..
for any of them to work, both drives must be on the same machine..

the only other way to do this is with a pcmcia based clone utility like
apricorns ez gig..
you can use the hardware and ghost or the native utility..

FWIW, you should be able to do this by yourself, with only the most basic
tools.. i.e. a small phillips screwdriver..

i refer you to the hardware maintenance manual link on my web pages..
