It's quite straightforward on OS/2. I just booted from the normal
installation diskettes and ran SYSINSTX x: where x: is the drive letter
allocated to the CF card.

A few days ago, I managed to get an OS/2 maintenance system including
basic networking *and* Dual Boot with DOS onto a 2MB CF disk, which is
really handy.

I thought that I might be able to pick up some more cards like that very
cheaply as there can't be any demand for them, but I haven't located
anywhere that either stocks or wishes to dispose of them.

If anyone knows where I might be able to pick up 10 for $10, then I'd be
interested.
