[600e] Any luck with getting sound to work under SuSe linux?

Hi,

I've just started playing around with SuSe linux. I used to know linux
quite well a few years ago (about 4 years ago to be exact), but now I
return to find that some fundamentals are very different. Can someone
point out a web page which explains sound configuration on a thinkpad
600e under linux, and specifically SuSe linux?
