[T21] 32gb DJSA-232 gets HOT!!!

Holidays Greetings, everyone...

I installed a 32gb Travelstar DJSA-232 in my T21 over the weekend. I like
it, it is very fast and quiet. However it gets noticeably hotter than the
prior (original equiment) drive, a Hitachi 20gb.

Is there anything I can do to modulate the temp? Perhaps tell the BIOS to
run the fans more often? I use the system mostly with the mini-dock
(replicator thing) which tilts the system slightly and allows airflow
underneath.

Does anyone else with a DJSA-232 32gb drive have the same situation?
