Did you make Windows95b boot disk? I think you can modify it,
to use PC-CARD;to copy card services and so on.
If not,
Why don't you use "FAT32 Converter" after installed Windows on FAT16?
You may apply pccard update, after base install.
I think that Old os and can't boot from over 4GB Partition.
You may be able to get different result to copy ADrive files & execute
from C Drive.
