CDRW in a Dock 1?

I'm thinking of getting a CD-RW drive. I can
get a cheapo IDE one for £50, or a SCSI one for
£100 that I could hand off the SUN or DOCK Scsi
(in an external drive box).
The cheap one is too thick to fit inside the
DOCK, can anyone recommend 1/3 height drive
manufacturers. Alternatively I can run it with
the DOCK sitting on top of the drive (as I do
with the CD-ROM) but it looks a bit Heath-Robinson....
