Yeah that is a thought since I have a Workpad Z50 with a PCMCIA
slot, I wonder if I can use this to transfer stuff between the
Z50 and the other laptops. I got a 64 meg CF card but this
would have more capacity! The only downside appears to be
that the drive is not in the slot.

Disregard, I see that it is a PCMCIA "Interface" AND hard disk drive!

I noticed our buddies over at Computer Geeks have the IBM 8.1 Gig PCMCIA
Hard Disk for $77.

I seen some discussion on this list back when it was $299. I wonder if
this is worth $77 even if it is slow. An alternative is the 2nd HD
Adapter but that would only work in my 600e.
