Just thought I'd let everyone know that I had a good experience with ezserve - ibm warranty repair this week.

A while ago my newish (11/2001) t22 got a crack on the left front keyboard bezel.
It started at the corner of the audio jack cover and was working its way to the left
display latch hole. It was about 3/4 inch long.

I couldnt send it in for a month or so cuz I needed it.
Finally, I called ezserve this week, got a box wednesday from them,
packed the t22 (without the dvd drive for shipping-damage-paranoia reasons)
and dropped it off at airborne before 5:30pm for the trip to memphis. I then called
ezserve this morning (friday) and they said I should get it today -- it showed up around
10am. Wow! It came with a signed sheet by the tech saying that a virus scan was run,
and the machine looked mildly cleaned. (It also said they changed the system board!, but
I dunno how to verify this. I think the system board serial number is the same as before.
Maybe he meant the bezel.)

Good deal.
