I run 12 and 14 gig drives on my 380XDs
multi-booting to Win98SE, W2K and several
different Linex/BSD distros
I do have to set up the partitions using a machine
with a more recent bios.
The 3 1/2 to 2 1/2 adapters are great for this.
Any/all of the listed OSs have no problems seeing
the entire disk.
