buying batteries off of ebay

I hope you are right Toni because I just won an auction in which I get 2
"new factory sealed" batteries for my T23 for $20.00 each and $6.00
shipping. How can they sell so cheap? My fingers are crossed until they get
here. Hey some people go to vegas and some go for the deals on ebay!
