Hi Jerry,
99.9% of Ebay sellers are honest to a fault. Negative feedback is for the
.1% that are not. The battery works great. I think sometimes the seller
doesn't realize the value of what they are selling. Who am I to enlighten
them?
Shelf life on a newer model thinkpad li-ion battery shouldn't be an issue.
