I've never had a problem with either FedEx or AirBorne, but UPS lost 3
brand new 600s just before Christmas one year. UPS' own tracking
information just ended on a ramp somewhere in the northeast. I was
hysterical since one of them was mine after a hard-fought battle to get
ordering approval and figured somebody somewhere was having a VERY Merry
Christmas on us. They finally turned up still with unbroken seals, but I
never did get an explanation of where they spent Christmas.
