never have seen an AC adapter the size or weight of a credit card for a
notebook..

switching power supplies have gotten MUCH smaller in the years since 1978
but a 72 watt PS that size would be amazing, even now..

if you find such a thing, please let us all know..

for now, i carry one of ibm's smallest and lightest AC adapters.. a 56watt..
works well enough when i'm on the road (rarely)..
but a CC size AC adapter..??!!
i want a dozen..
