there is no airspace in the drive bay of a T series..
the 48gig (and 60gig) are 12.5mm thich drives..
i can't even put a label on top of the drive when i sell one because there
simply is NO SPACE..
so, as you guessed, its going to be warm..
if you use a 9mm drive, like the 40gig travelstar, it'll stay cooler..
but the 40gig is not nearly as fast as the 48gig.. :-)
