If it is under warranty, IBM wants to take a few hundred hours walking
you through all the diagnostics and tests before scheduling it for
EZServe... and, in my experience, will not authorize it for examination
or repair until you have gone over all the possibilities with them... I
have discovered that it can take hours to do this nowadays... Never had
this much trouble until the 21 series...
