760ED Won't recognize Modem

I am setting up my new 760ED running Win95 OSR2 trying to get it to detect
the modem. I am trying to use a megahertz 56k X2 X-Jack XJ1560J but windows
will not detect it properly. When I insert the card it says "new hardware
detected: XJ1506" but when i go to install driver it will not recognize the
drivers. I know the drivers and modem work because they worked exellent in my
last laptop. does anybody know how to get this modem work?
