Faster memory must be refreshed more often.
If the minimum refresh time is not met it "forgets".
The reverse is not good either, if you use 66MHZ memory
on a 133 buss it can literally melt and do lots of damage.
Most 100 MHZ memory is backward compatible to 66MHZ
and 133 MHZ is backward compatible to 100 MHZ
