adapters

Having failed to get the FDD on my Thinkpad 380D working, I went ahead
and bought another used 380D from e-bay. Works great, but the seller has
substituted a different adapter from the original. Since I still intend
on using both my "new" 380D and the old one, I can't use my old adapter
for the new machine.

I'm just a little worried that the substitute adapter, which has slightly
different specifications, might gradually ruin the machine. My original
adapter number was P/N 02K7010 and has the following information:
100-240V, 1.2A-0.5A, with an output of 16V and 3.36A.

The "new" adapter is: P/N 60G1684 and says: 100-120V, 1.5A with an output
of 15V and 2.0A.

Does anyone know whether these are compatible? Or know of where I could
check to find out?

Thanks

Jim
