okok..

FIRST, make sure that the bootup sequence is set thus:
CD-ROM
FLOPPY
HDD
then try booting from the restore CD and restoring the OS..
the NTLDR error means no OS is found..

do you have the floppy..??
have you tried booting from a floppy..??
