this must be a newer version of DFT..
last one i had would not print out the defect, only the code..
i bitched a whole lot about how stupid this was..

so, now you have "Failure Code: 0x73 - Defective Device. Excessive Shock"

what do you think IBM will tell you when you say that DFT reported
"Excessive Shock" as this means that the HDD has been dropped or otherwise
subjected to excessive shock..?!
