No idea about Hotmail, there are some stories about them attempting a move to
NT and then hurriedly back to UNIX.
Yahoo though, is only limited by the speed of your connection. About 2x a
year, I have trouble reaching them for a few minutes, nothing else. In my
experience, of course.
