A tip for future trips, you can extract the maps to the HD from the CD. I did
the whole thing and it took a bit less than 600 megs. Street Atlas now
doesn't require the CD and it is WAY faster. Saves battery life too as it
doesn't have to spin the CD.

Thanks for the tip. I didn't know that. Unfortunately, even with the new 5
gig disk, I don't have enough room to get the 600 megs on, what with the
other apps I have on it. Still, it's good to know.
