The del key does not work on the IBM 560x.
Following the manufactures directions is exactly what I am doing
by changing the base address.

The 'usual' sequence is to press the 'del' key when the computer boots. This will allow you to enter the BIOS settings. Chances
are, that you won't find what you're looking for there. I'd suggest that you follow the installation instructions to the letter. If that
fails, check the 'knowledge base' on the website of the CD-R/W vendor for anomalies associated with the IBM laptop.
