[TP All] Looking for advice on "cloning" a new HD

I will be receiving a 12GB Travelstar HD from
IBM to replace my current 12 Travelstar HD which has
become quite noisy.

The machine is a ThinkPad 570E running Windows 98SE
with the original IBM 2GB FAT16 Partition. There is
also a D: partition (for data) and an E: partition
(for a dedicated Swap). I also have the Ultrabase
570 and will soon have the 2nd HDD Adapter to use with
the Ultrabase.

I have Norton SystemWorks 2001 Professional
with Ghost but I am not familiar with Ghost.

I asked IBM if they had any guidelines on how move
the data to the new HD but they said they did not.
This is the first time that I have ever needed to
"clone" a drive for a ThinkPad.

I am looking for advice and recommendations on the
best way to move all of my data from the original
HD to the new HD.
