Hi all,

re: the "searing heat" comment about the T23 keyboard. I know I have the
same sort of problem with my T20, but that it is much nicer to use if I use
the little "SpeedStep" utility to turn the CPU down to "Battery Optimized
Performance" even when I'm on mains power. *Most* of the time I find the
slower speed is fine for word processing, web browsing, and email etc and it
makes the machine much more comfortable to use. Of course for those
processor intensive activities (like games! :-) ) I can turn it back up.

I know this is a bit of a newby tip, but it helped me.

Of course, there is another way to reduce the heat in the keyboard...

:-)

Cheers,

[snip]
but for me, the poor keyboard combined with the searing heat of the T23
which radiates up through the keyboard area makes for a very
uncomfortable ergonomic experience... [snip]
