Are you referring to the UltraSlimBay (not UltraBay) drive, i.e. a
2nd HD, or the main HD?

For the main HD, there's a simple metal bracket that you should use
(Bill Morrow sells them, among others).

For the UltraSlimBay, there's a "2nd HD Adapter" that you need,
plus you should wrap the drive in this bracket. The CD-ROM drive,
and other UltraSlimBay devices, don't need any additional mounting
hardware.
