Well, near as I can tell, you have the choice of using the ultrabay in your
ThinkPad, or the ultrabay in the dock itself.
Thus the dock either lets you use TWO ide devices on int 15 [or is it 14 for
secondary?] instead of just one when "the ultrabay is in your laptop".
Alternatively, slap a SCSI drive in there -- you should get better file
transfer rates from it.
