HalTed is still in business, though, same location off Central, "south" [east]
of Lawrence. Not sure what Hal did after he closed down Haltek. I believe it
was a rent increase that killed the biz -- of course there are now kajillions
of empty buildings in the valley and rents are dropping like flies.
Speaking of Halted, they have IDC outlet strips in stock again. Woo hoo! Of
course my supply of IDC->IDC cords is a bit low at the moment...but I know
where to get more.
As for the three prong roundy cord, I saw one in _Fort Bragg_ of all places at
the combo Radio Shack and True Value Hardware store, as well as a Y-type IDC
cord! One outlet, two thingies! [Too cool!]
