this is a "common" thing..
means a plug is acting up..
don't press and make it happen..
it COULD mean the display is going to pack it in..
had this sore of thing start to happen on an IBM 9516 flat panel display and
pressing was the only thing that made it return to normal..
after some months of this, it got progressively worse until it died..
replaced under warranty..
i hope that you have warranty on that 600.. :-)
