In a word, im-possible! The Intel 440BX chipset that the 600s/770s/T20-21-22 and
others are built on can only "see" a max of 256MB per memory slot. This even
carries over to desktops built on the 440BX and there's no way around it. My
desktop is built on the 440BX and, with 4 memory slots available, I max out at a
Gig.
Some PC133 chips are reported to work in the 600X, but I have no first hand
experience with same. All of my 600Es (primarily because there _aren't_ any PC66
256MB sticks available), my 600X and my T21 are using 256MB PC100 memory. My now
"ancient" (or should I say venerable!!) 600s are using 128MB PC66 sticks.
In order to use a PC133 512MB stick you need a laptop system built on the Intel
8XXMP chipset, such as the 830MP chipset in the T23 my wife recently got to
replace her dysfunctional T22.

James
