Well I actually got it working last night :o). I pulled the CMOS battery
and it was fine [3.08V - range should be 2.5V to 4.0V] so I put it back in.
I then pulled every module out and tried powering it up... nothing. I
checked the LCD switch and it was moving properly. I also tried holding
down F1 durring startup again with no improvement.

I then put it all back in and plugged it into the docking station with a
known good monitor and a known good power cord. Started her up an a couple
error codes came up on the monitor in that type of screen with the bird. [I
can't remember if I was holding down F1 durring startup or not]. I looked
them up and they said to reset the date/time. So I hit okay on the screen
and it went straight to the setup for the date/time. Did that then it
started to load. It had to reload it's configurations and hung part way
through. I then turned the power on and off and told it to open in full
windows and it said it had to reconfigure again and I said go ahead. It did
and then loaded windows fine. I then hit Fn+F7 and the LCD screen came on.
I shut down and took it out of the docking station and tried to start it up
and it worked great.

Thanks for all the links guys. I think it was a combination of the external
monitor being active and these errors coming up with an ok button I could
not hit without seeing since the LCD was blank. Being in that error screen
it would not accept Fn inputs so I could not turn on the LCD screen. So
with an external monitor in I could fix the errors then set the LCD up.
Just a guess though.

Thanks again,
