Fixing DC/DC converters (which is usually a kind of SMPS) is not easy
without schematics. Try to find datasheets on the IC's. Hopefully you will
find application notes of some sort giving you a certain ide on how it
works. Having a spare working unit to measure correct voltages/pulses is a
great benefit. See http://straylight.cso.niu.edu/repairfaq/sam/smpsfaq.htm
for
safety rules and pratical tips on how to repair SMPSes including DC/DC.

Yeah, you are right, which is not 560Z, but just a 560 (P133Mhz,
8M onboard, 1G HDD).
I think this should be the pronlem of the DC-DC inverter board,
too.... I know there is easily to find it on eBay, but the
problem is.... TOO Expensive for the shipping charge, but not the
inverter board itself......
So I think that if I could fix the board by myself as I have
those tools (Such as hot-air gun, soldering iron etc).... The
problem is that I just don't know if I could find out the damaged
parts on the board and find the replacment in my area....
