a. Click Start
b. Select Control Panel
c. Select Settings
d. Select Display
e. Select Settings
f. Select Advanced
g. Select Neomagic
h. Check TV
i. Select either 640x480 or 800x600
j. Select Advanced Settings
k. Select TV Options
l. Select PAL or NTSC and S-Video or Composite
(note 2-24-01: must use Composite for TV in Bangkok)
m. Select OK, OK, OK to close all windows
Note 2-24-01: Display is stable on LCD but jitters vertically on TV.
