I'm sure this was discussed recently, but I looked in the archive
and couldn't find it.
Did someone say that IBM or Dell or someone wouldn't support a
machine with an upgraded OS (Windows obviously) because of some MS
rule regarding licensing? Or was it something else MS didn't allow
any more?
