this is too simple..
any 256meg 100mhz SODIMM for any T&A series thinkpad or the 600E and X
series..
cost $100 more or less..
depending upon the quality and vendor..

you can add one 256meg to your A20p assuming that the 128meg there is
occupying only ONE otf the TWO dimm sockets..
