Hi, looks like soon after I had received my 600X from repair, the battery
pack died on me.. I left the computer on and it deep cycled the battery, now
it won't even charge anymore (the battery LED blinks orange at all times
when running power from the AC adapter). Is this a sign of battery death or
indication of some other problem? The battery is probably ancient and the
FRU on it says 10L2158; I've read in some sources that it's older and less
reliable than the "newest and greatest", 12J2464.
Also, is storing a charged battery away when powering TP from AC adapter a
good idea to extend its life?
Thanks,
Adam
