I couldn't find this in full anywhere on the list so I thought i would post it for anyone whom may need it. This includes both crystal sound and opl3 midi and works great on my 600e running RedHat 7.3. Of course, these settings may be different among models (I have a 2645 4BU). This is my complete modules.conf below:
