No, there is no cost-effective way to remove the password. Just make
sure you're dealing with a reliable seller (check feedback ratings) and
contact them to ask if their is a password. If you don't feel
comfortable trusting their answer (low feedback and/or shifty reply)
then you probably should not enter the transaction.
