Well, after peering at the picture of it, my pulled-out-of-the-air guess
would be... a definite maybe. It's certainly not flagged as being
compatible with the earlier X series systems, but as we all know, that
doesn't mean it won't work - just that it's not supported and probably
voids the warranty if it fries something.

It *appears* to attach to the X30 just like the common port replicator
02K8667 does, and since power is already being passed through the port
replicator and they all use the same 02K6699 72W AC adapter... There could
be additional connectors that just don't show up in the tiny pictures, though.

Anyone got an X2x machine and $200 for the battery that they want to
sacrifice to the quest for new knowledge?
