Ha! You're kidding, right? You need a surface mount
rework station using hot air to remove and replace
those parts. A few have reported success with the
password chip but they only have 8 legs!
The type of SMD rework station required is shown here:

While it's possible to take the chips off while
working under a microscope by heating the legs with a
micro point soldering iron and running a small wire
under each leg one at a time, you can't replace them
that way. They have to all be heated to the proper
temperature simultaneously.
Maybe you could remove the chips that are bad and try
using just SODIMMS? I haven't heard of anyone trying
that but it's possible the 600 might ignore them if
they are absent just like it does if they are not in
the sockets.
I have one of the SMD stations and if you want to send
me the board I could replace the chips for you if you
will pay for the correct size heating nozzle, about
$30 depending on the size required. It needs a
different size nozzle for each different chip and only
came with one!
