You can turn off html for me (and the list).

I'd sell you the carrier for what it cost me. I don't have the
paperwork right here, but it was about $us20.

But consider carefully:

Good points:
   - I've already cut the correct pin.
   - I'd accept PayPal, but the manufacturer requires a credit
     card
   - The manufacturer (VME) is in Australia

Bad points:
   - Mail from Australia is surprisingly fast.
   - I'm in Canada (shipping more expensive)
   - in the event that the carrier is defective, you'd be
     getting something that doesn't work!
   - I'm not sure that YOU could get a refund from the
     manufacturer (VME) if it doesn't work because I'm the original
     purchaser
   - Have you tested to see whether your 755 or 760 can be set
     to boot from the PCMCIA slot? If yes, then a CF card in a
     PCMCIA carrier is a vastly better solution.
