you can upgrade the HDD to a 60gig or any other 12.5mm thick drive or smaller..
max mem is either two additional 256meg or 128meg parts..
IMHO if i were doing it i would invest the $$ in a newer thinkpad with all these attributes already in place..
if this is a therapy thing, then go for it.. :-)
