I think his best bet is Crucial or Amazon or Buy.com, all of whom should be reasonable with shipping to Venezuala.
Or there's our own Bill Morrow, who I think will ship global priority (cheap) but possibly only stocks pricey memory like Apricorn.
However, your main point is correct - cheap commoodity memory seems to be fine for the A series.
