I think I paid around $500 more for my T23-1.1GHz over the 600x-650MHz that
I sold on eBay. There are some great deals to be had on T23s.
I wont comment on the keyboard feel because I'm just not that picky--both
seemed fine to me. The build quality of the T23 is a step down from the
600x for certain. The two USB ports and Ethernet built-in of the T23 are
nice. The T23 can take a GB of memory whereas the 600x can only take half
that.
The upgrade to 800MHz took me around a half hour, but I have done it dozens
of times now. Probably not worth the hassle unless it is therapy. I cant
say that the T23 is appreciably faster for what I use the computer for.
I would recommend getting a T23 because of the Pentium M .13u processor.
Also you get a full three year warranty where the 600x would probably have
not much more than a year left on warranty.
Hope that helps.
