[Thinkpad] 380z battery problem

I've got a Thinkpad 380z whose battery no longer holds
any charge. When plugged into the AC adapter but turned
off, the battery light blinks yellow but the battery is
never charged enough to even boot the system when not
plugged in.

I assume the battery is dead (it's the original battery
from when I purchased the laptop new about 3 years ago)
and that the problem isn't with the laptop itself.

Does anybody have a good source for a replacement battery?
Any idea on price? I'm located in the USA if that matters.
