a keyboard quality is highly subjective..
while one user will find a particular keyboard to be worse
than its predecesor another will have the opposite opinion..

nothing will, IMO, match the 750 series keyboards..

but the current crop is very close..
since i have not had a 600 for some time i can't readily
compare the 600 to the X or T series..
but for me, these current keyboards are a delight to use..

will these take the pounding a 750 series keyboard took..?
and still last..
i think not..
but they are close..

ancestor is not an opinion, it is a fact of evolution..
the earlier members of a family are ancestors..
though not exactly so.. the 600 series became the T series
while the 570 models became the X series..
as did the 240 series..
but the 570 and 600 are considered essentially the same
model..

please let no one bring up the 760 series keyboards.. :-)
