[Thinkpad] [T30] DVI output with port replicator?

Has anyone been successful in obtaining DVI output from a T30 with the port
replicator? The T30 specs online say it is supported, but I can find no
instructions on how to set it up. I'm using a Samsung SyncMaster 191T flat
panel display (works okay in analog mode).
