The only entry for the "Pacific Northwest" was

which runs an annual (November) computer show in Victoria, BC,
not far from where I live. Making local inquiries, it is
reported that maybe three or four vendors have used / bargain /
obsolete stuff, the rest are all new / shiny.
Maybe it's a cultural thing? We PNWs are waay laid back.
