I use cf for synchronizing my office and home files, including all document
and email directories. As a secondary benefit, the cf serves as an extra
level of redundancy for such docs in case my home and office machines both
freak out at the same time.
Software needed for this is a decent file synching program (I use 2,
ViceVersa on one machine and TreeComp on the other), and an "on-the-fly"
encryption program for the cf (in case I lose it, as I've done once before);
I use E4M (see http://www.samsimpson.com/scramdisk.php) since it is free and
works well on both W9x and W2K.
