[Thinkpad] OT re Rebate Rage

A forward for anyone in need of a warm fuzzy feeling today. I've cut out
headers and the middle of the exchange, but included the original denial and
my response. Hmm, the headers show that my email took an interesting side
trip to something called "Customer Service/Exec/Corporate/CompUSA".

I've just responded saying that the June date had better be a typo.
